Free services may change, or be removed at any time. All images hosted on free accounts may be tagged with a SimplePhotoShare.com text or logo. If you wish to remove the text/logo you must upgrade to a paid account. Inappropriate content (as determined by SimplePhotoShare.com and it's reprehensive) will be removed without warning. Your personal contact information will NOT be shared/sold/given with anyone without a court order. By posting images to SimplePhotoShare.com you understand they will be stored on our servers, and can be displayed on any web page on the Internet. And unless you mark them as being private, they are public for the world to see. Please keep copies of your images. We are NOT responsible for them. These Terms of Service are subject to change. Members will be notified when they change, and will have the option of agreeing to them, or discontinuing their service, and getting a prorated refund based on your current subscription. We will not disclose your email address or password to anyone outside of SimplePhotoShare.com. We will not send you third party offers. We will not send 3rd party offers on behalf of someone else. The exception to this is that if SimplePhotoShare.com is bought by a thrid party, we will transfer all account information to them so they may continue SimplePhotoShare's services.
